Please read carefully before booking. By confirming your appointment, you agree to all of the following.
BOOKING

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
☆
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total on the day.
☆
Your booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
☆
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit as credit.
☆
Failure to give notice within 48 hours — your deposit will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW
☆
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted. In such cases, the full service fee still applies.
☆
Failure to provide adequate notice or missing your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
PAYMENT
☆
We accept cash only. PayID payments incur a 10% surcharge.
☆
No refunds. All sales are final once a service has been completed or a deposit has been paid.
BEFORE ARRIVAL
☆
Please come with clean, bare nails where possible to ensure the best result.
☆
Do not cut your cuticles or file your natural nails before your appointment — leave them for us to take care of.
☆
Please do not apply oils or lotions to your hands before your appointment.
HEALTH & NAIL CONDITIONS
☆
All tools are sterilised or single-use for every client.
☆
Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions prior to your appointment.
☆
We cannot service nails with signs of infection, fungal conditions, or open wounds. Arriving with any of these will result in immediate cancellation and loss of deposit.
☆
We offer a strictly one-on-one service. No children, guests, or additional visitors are permitted.
REMOVALS
☆
We currently offer removals for gel products from other salons only. Unfortunately, we do not remove acrylic or SNS.
☆
If you are unsure about your current nail product, please contact us before booking to avoid cancellation on the day.
GUARANTEE
☆
We stand by our work. If you experience any issues caused on our end, please contact us within 3 days and we will make it right.
